Rewards & rules
Every win has a name, a multiplier, and a payer. Here's the full table.
A picture hand (Ah Pek 公仔) is a winning 6-card hand where every card is a J, Q, or K. The pair shape doesn't matter — JJ-QQ-KK, JJ-QQ-QQ, KKKK-JJ all qualify. 10 is not a picture.

地胡 fires only when a waiter wins on the dealer's very first discard of the game. Any later discard — including non-dealers' first discards — is a regular waiter win. Per-game scoped; resets every new game.
When one discard fires 2 or 3 waiting players at once, the moment is called 双响 (2 winners) or 三响 (3 winners). The label is purely descriptive — each winner is still paid by their own category's row, so a 双响 with one Ah Pek + one mixed pays each accordingly.
| Category | Trigger | Hand | × | Who pays |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard waiter | Waiter wins on a discard (not dealer's 1st throw) | mixed | ×1 | Discarder |
| Ah Pek Game | Waiter wins on a discard (not dealer's 1st throw) | all pictures | ×2 | Discarder |
| 地胡 Di Hu | Waiter wins on the dealer's 1st discard | mixed | ×2 | Everyone |
| Ah Pek 地胡 | Waiter wins on the dealer's 1st discard | all pictures | ×3 | Everyone |
| 自摸 Zì Mō | Winner drew their 6th card from the deck | mixed | ×2 | Everyone |
| Ah Pek 自摸 | Winner drew their 6th card from the deck | all pictures | ×3 | Everyone |
| 天胡 Tian Hu | Dealer's initial 6 cards already form 3 pairs | mixed | ×2 | Everyone |
| Ah Pek 天胡 | Dealer's initial 6 cards already form 3 pairs | all pictures | ×3 | Everyone |
| Draw 流局 | Deck runs out / all players leave | — | — | Each active player → jackpot |
Draw rounds add each player's stake to a shared jackpot. The next 自摸 / 天胡 (or their Ah Pek variants) sweeps the entire jackpot to the winner alongside the per-payer stake.
Hosts can add bots from the lobby at four difficulty levels. Higher levels see more of the table state and discard more carefully.
- Easy
Takes a discard only if it completes an obvious pair. Throws a random unpaired card.
- Medium
Tracks unseen ranks. Picks the discard that keeps the most live pair options.
- Hard
Medium play plus a defensive penalty: avoids feeding ranks that opponents look likely to be waiting on.
- Insane
Full expected-value model — weighs win value against likely loss, models opponents and the jackpot, samples tight calls so play isn't predictable.
In Classic mode, only the closest waiter clockwise wins on a discard (no 双响 / 三响). The payer rule is "everyone pays" even for standard waiter wins — Multi-Win's "discarder alone" rule is what 地胡 lifts on the dealer's very first discard.
